Helping you help yourself Wake Up!

I am a Perfect Being …  with imperfect awareness

"Don’t dream your life.
Live your dream."
Apparently this skeleton was found in this position! I would love to spend a day just experiencing his presence. It’s one thing to see a skeleton lying down but seeing one in a meditation posture would be really cool and helpful in remembrance of Self.

"Break the old pattern of present moment denial and present moment resistance. Make it your practice to withdraw attention from past and future whenever they are not needed."

Pleasure through you

is what I am after

No where to go nothing to do

But rub my hands up and down you

Please fill up my heart

leave me to die

No desire no pain

No thought can contain

I lay here in heaven

But on a one way train

It’s always the same

Back on the prowl

The stomach growls….

Fire Engine

Padma Pleasure Rod

My second brain

Dick-Tator of a mind untrained

A mind unaware of how to share

this beautiful gift we bare

You-me-we-mine-ours,

subject-object transmutes,

Plant a seed at the crown of your heads

Lover and beloved can grow instead

Inherently “Evil”

Obviously, Delicious

You bring me joy

you bring me laughter

So let the fear die

Let the young boy cry

Show him that death,

happens inside

But who cares

to look at this hate and this pain we share

This pain: it’s not yours it’s not mine

Created only in dream time

But when the knife cuts deep

Don’t fall back to sleep

You’ll swear this is real

And I know how you feel

Breathe, Breathe….

How many others

have I looked down and seen

Always yours, always mine ;)

Forgotten lives, I’ll always remember the good, times

Hot, Sticky, and sweet

You’re a two timin treat

I know I’m in deep

Me is now We

One being loving through many eyes. This is the true nature of you and I.

Relaxing into the pain created a space where I was intimately connected with my body, listening expectantly to its needs. I felt very close to my body as a unified organism, a beautiful organic tool willing to give itself to me completely. My body truly is a martyr, but with a beautiful ending that never ends. The cells that sustain my life here, now, will soon enough return to the earth to offer their energies to other expressions of consciousness. No ending and no beginning. All fades in and out of itself forever.

"No story is the same to us after a lapse of time; or rather we who read it are no longer the same interpreters."
— George Eliot
"We have a fear of facing ourselves. That is the obstacle. Experiencing the innermost core of our existence is very embarrassing to a lot of people. A lot of people turn to something that they hope will liberate them without their having to face themselves. That is impossible. We can’t do that. We have to be honest with ourselves. We have to see our gut, our excrement, our most undesirable parts."
— Chogyam Tungpa Rinpoche
"Our intrinsic enlightenment cannot help but sparkle through – we simply need to cooperate with it."
— Ngakpa Chogyam with Khandro Dechen in Spectrum of Ecstasy
