About Me

I’m currently a student at Naropa University in Boulder, CO working toward a BA in Contemplative Psychology, with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology.

I’m interested in Awakening, esoteric studies, meditation, consciousness, mindfulness, service, community, therapies.

I teach meditation, mindfulness, and concentration classes for the Self Actualization and Enlightenment Center - http://www.SAE-Center.org - here in the Denver/Boulder Area. I am also exploring new ways to apply my unique skills, understanding, and abilities in the world.
